Dave's Outdoor Essentials

Whether Dave is camping with friends or spending time with a lion pride, these are his top 5 must-have items for any outdoor adventure.

Knife – A good sharp object is an obvious must, whether camping in the woods or setting up shop in the Sahara. Skip the butter variety and go straight for something a little more substantial.

Head lamp – The perfect way to light any path and also avoid any unpleasant surprises or two lurking in the dark.

Good shoes – Leave the stilettos and limited-edition kicks at home and opt for durability and comfort. Waterproof is an extra plus – you never know when a river crossing is on the horizon!

Protein bars – Quick, convenient, portable, and a plethora of varieties to choose from to satisfying every taste bud.

Water – The human body is composed of anywhere from 50-70% of this stuff (depending on your size), so keeping your system hydrated is key to enjoying – and surviving – any outdoor adventure!
